I have installed Windows Virtual PC under Win7 and established there Win98. I need to ensure rapid exchange of files between the host and virtual machines.I want to do it through the home network, but I can not obtain the connection. I tried a ping test, it goes in all directions. On the VM I see the names of other computers of the network, but on other computers do not see the name of VM. When I click a name of another computer in VM, I get the message: "\\<computer name> is not accessible. This request is not supported by the network"

What needs to be changed to allow connection?
