I am currently playing around with Windows Server 2012 and I think it has some nice new features and they are geared toward supporting Hyper-V.

This forum is so quiet these days.

Anthony,

I think Hyper-V 3 brings a massive feature set to the market that has the potential to steal significant market share from VMware. I also see the release of the new Hyper-V 3 as enabling CIOs to begin implementing multiple tiers of hypervisors in much the same way that we do with storage today.

What do you think of Hyper-V 3 so far?

Scott

I am currently working with XenApp.

Only played around with Server 2012 and I love it. Did not have a chance to enable the Hyper-V role yet since I am busy with Citrix.

This is only my to-do list to play with Hyper-V.

This forum is so quiet these days.

Thanks and have a nice week,

anthony.

Yeah... it has been quiet. We need more traffic beyond the spam that inundates these forums. I wish there was an easier way to manage it.

Once you delve into the new Hyper-V, I think you'll be impressed. Microsoft has done some really nice stuff! I'm in the process of rebuilding my lab around Hyper 2012 and vSphere 5.1 right now.
