Status: offline 		With virtualization's role becoming ever more prevalent in many organizations, I'm curious about job roles for people who are responsible for managing these modern architectures and how IT department reorganize - if at all - to support a converged architecture.

What is your overall job? Has your IT group organized around a shared infrastructure or have you maintained traditional support silos?
