I have install XEN 5.5 and 5.6. I like both but lacking stuff... I know VMWARE ESXI is more robust. 
I have not got through the entire esxi hypervisor yet.  hopefully this week.

any comments about either?

What do you feel is lacking in Xen 5.5 or 5.6?

I hate the virtual mouse... it always gets hosed. I have sedn it in all virutal environments. How is this ever going to be fixed?

any suggestions/comments with this!

I almost never see issues with the virtual mouse anymore. It seems like those problems have been mostly solved, particularly when virtual machine additions/tools are installed. Are you always using tools? Do you see this even in VMware?
