With virtualization's role becoming ever more prevalent in many organizations, I'm curious about job roles for people who are responsible for managing these modern architectures and how IT department reorganize - if at all - to support a converged architecture.
What is your overall job? Has your IT group organized around a shared infrastructure or have you maintained traditional support silos?
