Hey, everyone -

We're working on deploying Veeam in our environment and I have a couple of questions for those of you in the know:

* What kind of performance are you getting from backups? How quickly do they run?
* How often do you perform backups of your virtual machines? On DPM, we back up our SQL Servers, for example, every half hour.
* Are any of you offloading your Veeam backups to tape? If so, how are you doing that?

Veenam 5 provides better support of D2D2T backups and indeed, performance is satisfactory. Peforming backup of virtual machines depends upon your company's policies. In our environment, we are performing backup of our critical apps/data depending upon their data classification and SLA.
