Can we use vNetwork Distributed Switch to manage Cisco Nexus 1000v virtual switch?
If yes, what would be gain over managing Nexus 1000v VEM through VSM over vNetwork Distributed Switch?

In short, which product offers more features and reliability. It is vNetwork Distributed Switch or Nexus VSM?

Thanks in advance.

Reading from Scott Lowe's book, v1000 allows the networking team to look into/control the vSwitch inside of the vSphere platform.
