Hello Experts,

I am facing a little problem hope someone can help me out here.
I have setup vCenter 4, and update manager is installed.
I am trying to download updates, the network consist of ISA 2006 proxy server where users authenticate to access internet. I have created a user account which has access to internet and using it in "update manager configuration"
Unfortunately due to some reasons i am not able to connect to source websites.
If i check the ISA 2006 logging it shows access denied for https requests, but I am sure https is allowed to go through ISA.
I am not able to understand where to see exact error, coz ISA is giving a generic error.

can someone point to a direction for further troubleshooting.
