i am working on POC and as of now i dont have SAN and other storage so can i use my Hyper-V host storage? if yes then what are the ways to configure same.

Yes you can use the server storage, as this is a POC it should be fine.
You can divide the partition in windows so that the VM resides on the secondary partition.
you can change the location of VM's Within hyper-v.
