I have a TS Web Access site up for my users that works great. Users click programs I publish and they launch (word, excel, PP mainly). I would like to add a Microsoft website that fixes user errors on their home systems. Trouble is the iExplore is the iExplore of the fileserver and the 'Fix-it' tries to 'Fix-it' the fileserver.

Is there a way to have Web Access launch a website using the home users iExplore program, not the fileservers?

The website is http://support.microsoft.com/fixit/
Also want link http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Your assistance is appreciated!

That's a tough one considering the context under which RemoteApp sessions run - which is on the server side, although programs might have some access to local resources.

Have you found a way to make this work yet? If so, I'd love to hear about it. We are rolling out TS Web Access as well and it could prove to be useful.
